  • High-performing yet craving rhythm, rest, and reconnection
  • Ready to understand and love their biology, not fight it
  • Seeking hormonal stability, energy mastery, and graceful aging

Your Destination

Mykonos is a Cycladic island in the heart of the Aegean Sea. Known for its whitewashed architecture, crystalline waters, and legendary light, it sits at the geographical center of the Cyclades archipelago — with the sacred island of Delos visible just across the water from our villa.

The retreat takes place at Villa Sunset, a private 630m² estate in Aleomandra. This is the most beautiful side of Mykonos — the side of sunsets, stillness, and sea.

05
Visa & Entry Requirements

Greece is a member of the Schengen Area. Entry requirements vary depending on your nationality and country of residence — please check the requirements that apply to you specifically.

If a Schengen visa is required, please apply as early as possible. Processing typically takes 2–4 weeks, and we recommend applying at least 6–8 weeks before travel.

🔗 Check your entry requirements: iatatravelcentre.com or the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.

06
Weather in Late September

Late September in Mykonos is often described as the best time to visit — summer's intensity has softened, the sea is still inviting, and the island is quieter.

Daytime temperature23–26°C (73–79°F)
Evening temperature18–20°C (64–68°F)
Sea temperature22–24°C
Sunshine~11 hours per day
RainExtremely rare
WindMykonos is famously windy — the Meltemi wind can be strong and persistent, especially in the afternoons. Refreshing but worth preparing for.
HumidityMild (65–70%)

Mornings and early evenings can feel noticeably cooler than midday. Bring a light layer for early morning and after-sunset practices.

07
What to Pack
Clothing
  • Lightweight, breathable clothing for daytime sessions (linen, cotton, natural fabrics ideal)
  • Workout attire and movement wear for sessions throughout the day
  • Swimwear — you will be in and around the water daily
  • A light wrap, cardigan, or kimono for evenings and cooler moments
  • Two to three elevated evening looks for dinners — the setting calls for it
  • Comfortable closed-toe walking shoes for excursions — Delos involves cobblestones and uneven terrain
  • Sandals or flip flops for pool and beach areas
  • Sun hat — essential, especially during outdoor sessions and excursions
Wellness & Personal Care
  • High SPF sunscreen — the Aegean sun is strong even in September
  • Sunglasses
  • Personal medications and any supplements you take regularly
  • Journal and pen — for reflection, integration, and your own notes
Yoga & Practice

Yoga mats are provided by Jazala — you do not need to bring one.

  • Comfortable clothing for movement and breathwork
  • A light blanket or shawl for restorative practices (optional)
Electronics & Adapters

European plug adapter if needed — Greece uses Type C/F sockets (two round pins), 230V/50Hz. Check whether your plugs are compatible and pack an adapter accordingly. Most modern phones, laptops, and tablets are dual-voltage and only need an adapter, not a converter.

Documents
  • Passport (valid for at least 3 months beyond September 29)
  • Schengen visa if required
  • Travel insurance documents
  • Flight confirmation and booking references
08
The Excursions

The retreat includes two organized excursions: a private sailing experience and a sacred visit to the island of Delos.

For Sailing

Wear or bring a swimsuit, a light cover-up, and non-slip flat shoes or sandals. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat.

For Delos

Delos is an archaeological UNESCO World Heritage site — the mythological birthplace of Apollo and Artemis, just a short boat ride from the villa. You will be walking on ancient cobblestones for 2–3 hours across an open-air site with very little shade. Wear comfortable closed-toe walking shoes (not heels or flip flops), light breathable clothing, and bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Water will be provided.

Both excursions are included in your retreat package. Details and timings will be shared closer to the date.

09
Currency & Money

Greece uses the Euro (€). Since all meals, accommodation, excursions, and retreat activities are fully included, you will not need much cash. Credit and debit cards are widely accepted everywhere in Mykonos. You may wish to carry a small amount of Euros for personal tipping or any incidentals.

10
Time Zone

Greece operates on Eastern European Summer Time (EEST) — UTC+3 in September.

This is the same time zone as Jeddah and Riyadh. No jet lag to worry about.

11
Electricity & Plug Adapters
Plug typeType C / Type F (European round 2-pin)
Voltage230V / 50Hz

Greece uses European-style round 2-pin sockets. Depending on where you are traveling from, you may need a plug adapter. Most modern smartphones, laptops, and tablets are dual-voltage (100–240V) and work with just an adapter — check the label on any high-wattage appliances such as hair dryers or straighteners before packing.

12
Villa Services
Included
  • All meals — full board for the duration of the retreat
  • Full cleaning service every other day
  • Fresh towels changed every 2 days
  • Bed linen changed twice during the retreat
  • 24/7 VIP concierge
  • Retreat chauffeur service for all organized activities and excursions
Available at Additional Cost
  • Spa & wellness treatments — massage, body treatments, and more, in the privacy of the villa
  • Laundry service — a washer and dryer are available inside the villa. A full pick-up and drop-off laundry service is also available at an additional charge
  • Private car service — for personal excursions or travel beyond organized activities
  • In-room dining — available on request outside of scheduled meal times
13
Mykonos — Shopping

Mykonos Town (Chora) is a wonderful place to explore between sessions and on free afternoons. The island is lined with beautiful boutiques, local designers, and artisan shops — all woven through its iconic whitewashed winding streets. You will have time during the retreat to wander and shop. Pack light on the way in — there is plenty of room to bring things back.

14
The Container

Our Shared Agreement as a Community

The Female Code Retreat is a held space — and every woman in it contributes to the quality of that container. Before you arrive, we invite you to read and carry these agreements with you.

Confidentiality

What is shared inside our circle stays inside our circle. The stories, emotions, and breakthroughs that arise in shared sessions are sacred. Please hold what you witness with discretion and care.

Phones & Presence

Please keep your phone on silent during all sessions, practices, and shared spaces. We ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos of other participants without their explicit consent, and that group sessions remain a phone-free zone.

Consent & Respect

We are a diverse group of women with different bodies, histories, and boundaries. Please ask before touching, and honor a "no" without question. Respect one another's need for rest, silence, or solitude.

Quiet Hours

We ask everyone to honor quiet in shared spaces after 10:30 PM and before 7:00 AM, to protect the quality of rest for all.

Using the Space

The villa is our shared home for the week. Please treat it — and everything in it — with care and respect.

Show Up

You have made a significant commitment to be here. We honor that by asking you to be present — not just physically, but fully. If something feels hard or uncomfortable, that is often exactly where the work is.

We are not here to be perfect. We are here to be real.
